      Production workers are great to work with

      Inconvénients

      Executive management is NOT transparent. Its the "good ol boys" in leadership. No promotions or raises based on performance. same % which over years has been 2 to 3%.The company is not growing and the CEO is more worried about vending machines and copier paper costs than having a strategic plan.
