      Avantages

      Fair benefits and good work/life balance. People generally friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Though talk about open door policy noticed only 1 director and no one else that actually practiced the open door. To talk to anyone above manager, need to go through hoops. Do not seem to value individuals and upper management is in the dark about day to day operations and don't seem to want to learn.

      lack of strategy or ability to stick with a strategy internal politics over last few years very short term cost focus vs growth mindset
