      Avantages

      Good professional people to work with a strong interest in patient welfare. Generally adequate resources to get the work done.

      Inconvénients

      Many starts and stops in business policies and processes. There are too many silos.

      Great place to work. Overall truly enjoyed my time at Baxter.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
