      Good starting job. You get to learn about mobile device management and ticket handling. You also get the opportunity to work with senior system/application engineers while troubleshooting.

      Inconvénients

      limited opportunity for growth. Lack of communication and standardized processes/procedures.

      Very community oriented, hardworking and overwhelmingly focused group of individuals with a common goal and interest.

      Inconvénients

      As a larger company, it is difficult to make sure that all of your employees are working diligently around the clock, and so there were always instances of a few workers goofing off.
