Avantages
Managers in a District are like family and help one another. New Ashley furniture looks great. Generally good locations for the target market.
Inconvénients
District Manager tries to sever the ties between Managers simply to do it. The DM disparages and strings staff along with promises he never intends to keep. The company's owners want to compete with other RTO companies, but spend very little money on advertising, only relying on archaic door-to-door marketing. Absolutely no real training for any given position, only the DM's interpretation of the policy and procedures book. No retirement plan. The highest position you can become is District Manager. Impossible to go higher due to it being a family company. Lowest pay in the entire industry...Walmart pays their employees more for less work.
