I had the opportunity to work across multiple functions and collaborate with global teams, which gave me valuable international exposure. Inconvénients
As with any growing organisation, there were occasional challenges during transitions and process changes. However, I found the management team to be responsive and constructive in addressing concerns and maintaining transparency.
