      -Bad salary, repetitive tasks, no development, you won't learn new things; -Depending on the team, you might have to overwork, managers dont care about what is going on. - Very messy, chaotic systems... - Customers are very rude and treat you like you are just "service" people. - Most colleagues are very unhappy and just wait for the right time to leave...
