Poor working conditions, daily OSHA violations - Avis employé Parts Puller/Dismantler B & R Autowrecking

Very dangerous working conditions, damaged two-post lifts still being utilized, asked to work on vehicles lifted in the air and only supported by hydraulics of a forklift. Engines and transmissions all over shop floor 24/7. co-workers cut corners and if you do what you're told, their slack will be pushed on you. I spent 3 weeks breaking down tires because other dismantlers refused to. Always asked to do things outside my job description Co-workers steal anything, I lock my box to go pee (that really says something)
