Low wages, very low wages with little to no promise of moving up or getting promotions despite what you're being told. Corner cutters run rampant, many people in the company play the blame game just so they can avoid responsibility and shed off extra work to others. Bad behavior goes off unchecked, in fact it is allowed. The hours are erratic, 60+ hours a week for ten dollars an hour while also being heavily under manned at the same time. Working for this company is not good for anyone with depression, anger issues, a desire to have free time and have a life, anyone who wants to not have any sort of relationship fail. If you came in with no health issues, you will certainly get some in little time. There is also a heavy lack of respect and human decency to top it off. All achievements empty, unfulfilling, and underappreciated. The Parts Puller working conditions are also deplorable with very little help from the company involving specialty tools that are very hard to afford.
