There were no salary increases in 2024. There is no commitment or seriousness from the management, even though a vice president promised a raise, he retracted it at the last minute.

No structure, no training, high expectations, terrible management skills, only cares about numbers not quality in work. On going numbers game cycle. (QBR drives productivity)
