      Inconvénients

      No work life Balance 90% of your day will be spent on unnecessary calls and reports which are of no use ,the same leads to working late to finish your backlogs This is very number driven organization , no benefits for employees No employee engagement

      Large company ok benefits, pay is ok

      Inconvénients

      No structure, no training, high expectations, terrible management skills, only cares about numbers not quality in work. On going numbers game cycle. (QBR drives productivity)
