      Avantages

      You are never stuck at a desk, doing only one thing. You can always work with different department on different products and get a lot of varied experience. This is possible everyday with a company of this size, or through formal position changes with a larger company.

      Inconvénients

      Sometime people are too overworked. Due to some processes not being defined well enough there is usually an abundance of work that falls on the people who feel the burden of responsibility.
