      Avantages

      Low stress, low pressure, management at the highest level actually knows and engages with everybody on the staff, very friendly and positive

      Inconvénients

      Pay could be considered a bit low, but we're being told by management that this is being fixed. And promises are not dollars, but they've also done a very good job of building trust so far.
