      Small company feel, close-knit departments, promotes within, great benefits, flexible PTO

      Inconvénients

      No annual performance reviews, terrible cross-departmental communication, admin staff is often not treated as a valued member of company, nepotism, success in company is not dependent on job performance but schmoozing the right person (see nepotism), executives make haphazard, hasty, & extemporary decisions
