      Avantages

      I appreciate the fact they have an open door policy where you can raise your concerns and suggestions but sadly it ends with that. They will never take action on them.

      Inconvénients

      Overwhelming workload plus unbearable long hours of work - these were the things we raised to the management but they never took action on them.
