      Avantages

      Uma empresa que o dono saiu na Forbes como empresário inovador, peças feitas com toda atenção, pesquisa e cuidado para os clientes. Dedicação extrema de todo o time para o desenvolvimento dos produtos. Imposição de certos materiais e métodos para um produto bem acabado.

      Inconvénients

      Salário não condiz com a quantidade de responsabilidades estabelecidas, altas jornadas de trabalho pois todos os contratos são PJ ou estágio. Falta de software e programas para auxilio de controle de processos. Avaliações de coaching constrangedoras

      Friendly and professional environment. Amazing and brilliant 👌 people to work with.

      Avantages

      The people who work there are all so awesome and the work/life balance is decent.

      Inconvénients

      Working at Authentic is great until it's not. Once you look past the facade of free snacks and a shiny office, you'll find a company that lacks proper leadership with a CEO that over steps their boundaries and often acts inappropriately. Though they tout diversity and inclusion, not a single member of upper management is a person of color or a woman, and it shows since they had to think twice before standing with the BLM movement. There is not much room for career growth within the company (promotions within seem to be few and far between) and as a result, I saw far more people leave the company than join it.
