      Si vous appréciez un environnement de start-up, vous vous épanouirez chez Auterion. Le rythme est rapide et les délais sont respectés. Si vous préférez une structure plus structurée et de nombreuses couches de gestion, vous devrez vous adapter rapidement.

      Avantages

      The talent here is top-notch. The engineers, operations, and GTM team members are brilliant, hard-working, and incredibly easy to collaborate with. There is a strong culture of mutual respect and dedication among the staff.

      Inconvénients

      Micro-management at the executive level heavily bottlenecks progress. The CEO insists on being involved in every decision across all departments, which stifles autonomy, slows down execution, and is the primary driver behind employee turnover.
