Avantages
Good work life balance. Seldom overtime more than 10 hours a day 5 days a week. Mostly 40 hour weeks, a few good perks,
Inconvénients
The health insurance is expensive and has poor coverage. The pay caps out low for the current cost of living in the area but just high enough to not receive food benefits, Sometimes they treat their employees like idiots for pointing out issues that may lead to broken parts and machines. Management prefers to risk the machines going down broken than having downtime. I've tried to move up several times and haven't gotten any traction.
