Paid well and machines good compared to competitors

Inconvénients

Obviously downturn didn't help but I think they Lost focus on the bread and butter, probably over capitalised on other business ventures, middle and senior management a bit of a boys club, each division manager trying to create their own mini empire. Fresh blood trying to come through brick walled.

Consistent Work, Local Town Support.

Inconvénients

An otherwise easy site ruined by nepotism and an extremely low hiring standard; the people you would never expect to be management material such an sexists, abusers and predators are running the show, if you are not apart of the purple circle you will never be treated fairly and be subject to subtle promotion passover that will leave you with a pay that isnt competitive and beholden to a set of KPIs that do not correlate with a healthy relationship in any aspect of your life or career.
