Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Direct team is really good, lot of talents from collaborators and enjoyment from working together. Good work/private life balance. Home office is permitted and not frown upon (1 to 3 days a week).
Inconvénients
Money is not that good and HR seems to think the market is 10% lower of what it really is. Processes are a real pain. No expenditure on basic materials like pen or paper means that you have to ask your client for some quality basic equipment. Phones (old nokia) are a farce that HQ try to make you swallow with BYOD. PC are not up to speed especially if you are doing any programming. Generally, getting some material resources is very difficult.
