There are some decent projects with good domain knowledge and good technology. People can use this knowledge elsewhere. Good opportunity to learn
Inconvénients
You are not rewarded suitably for your work. You need to be a bootlicker to move up the pecking order. Not a place for sincere employees. Typical government like bureaucracy. The HR VP is a sham, MD does nothing but approvals. MD believes in cutting costs to increase revenue and justify his annual hike. No initiative to generate new sources of revenue. Not bothered about the employees.
