      Avantages

      Great work/ life balance. Ability to run your own show (but be accountable for it). Good product. Fit for purpose

      Inconvénients

      Executive and line management disengaged with remote employees. Unable to determine how to effectively manage a global client base. Poor support from marketing Too many chiefs (people always being promoted without fresh blood coming through), hence the lions share of work is left to a few lower echelon employees. This stunts the ability to grow markets and new clients

      Avantages

      Everyone was always willing to help and the managers are there for you. The schedule is flexible. I was able to create my own schedule but I needed to meet the minimum hours worked.

      Inconvénients

      I didn't really have any negative experiences.

      Was a good company and team to work for, although I heard they combined departments and things may be different

      Inconvénients

      team seems overwhelmed at times and management structure was confusing with in the organization, operates rather lean
