Avantages
I worked with great people in my department.
Inconvénients
The management is horrible! They are more concerned with the profit, rather than the employment satisfaction. No one is encouraged to deviate from the image the company portrays. Your cubicle cannot look different from anyone else's. You are not encouraged to get up and walk around, even during breaks, which we were also told we should try and limit (2, 15 minute breaks a day). Write-ups are handed out frequently for the more ridiculous things. It is all about the numbers. They don't care about anything other than if your assessments are done. Some days you have a lot of meetings, sometimes you are just having things going on in life and you can't think clearly. These are not excuses. They are not flexible, and schedules are so strict. You MUST clock out by your designated time or you will be in real trouble. And forget about it if you accidentally clocked in 1 minute late.
