Possibility of working from home. New Technology.
Inconvénients
Company works in a reaction mode and not a proactive mode. The department works very chaotically and unorganized. No real direction is given on projects until the last minute and then the employees are expected to 'get it done'. When you ask for help understanding what is needed, everyone is too busy to give you the information. This company does not care about their employees at all.
