      - Interview process is faster than most companies - You can expect to find 10/10 people here - No drama - Get to work on lots of different projects - High autonomy, yet they provide actual training - They teach and practice good software development practices - Open and honest communication is encouraged - Ideas that are brought up are respected (and sometimes implemented within as quickly as 2 weeks) - Fun to work and collaborate with others here - Growth opportunities

      Approachable Geek was pretty awesome to work at. I'm going to miss working here. Can't think of any?

      Avantages

      Working from home is nice + great work life balance, plus I appreciate that my boss always helped me grow and get better each day. I got to work on building products for many different industries, and everyone I got to work with was super smart and fun to be around.

      Inconvénients

      It's hard to think of any! I'll miss working here.
