Staffing needs--As with many non-profits, Apprentice Learning is small and staff wear many hats. If there was a bigger team, AL could grow and serve more students.

At Apprentice Learning, one can join a racially & interest diverse staff whose goals include: programming with a positive youth development methodology, augmenting job readiness skills, broadening the landscape of career opportunities for youth and deepening the employable talent pool in the city of Boston.
