Good Salary hikes 5. Salary on time , even no one day delay . 6. Performance bonuses 7 . Best company for start your carrier as a fresher level .

      Inconvénients

      1. lot of politics . 2. lot of pressor of work now . 3. After a senior level experience you have nothing to learn more new technologies because there is only similar kinds of projects . So we can say less variety of apps . 4. less physical activities like games , no extra activities then work .
