Avantages

Clients are understanding. Work is challenging. you get good exposure. No micro-management so gives you scope to work without someone breathing down your neck unless its urgent deliverables. Flexible time and WFH.

Inconvénients

Pay is very less. Also not credited even after 15-20 days of next month. They wont care for their employees unless they need you to complete some task. The HR dont know anything and dont reply to your queries, same with management. No appreciation even if you pull all nighters to complete the delivery on time. If they need the work to be delivered, they will msg, call from everywhere even when you are on leave/ weekend. But if you need any answer, nobody will respond. They do hire and fire game, specially with interns. They have fired people without any proper reason or notice. so no job security here. They will say something else while joining and then change their policies anytime.

Avantages

Nothing as of now, They are just like a sinking ship

Inconvénients

The company presents itself as highly professional externally, but my experience internally was quite different. Communication within some parts of leadership felt inconsistent, and there appeared to be significant internal politics. In my observation, high-performing employees were sometimes placed on performance improvement plans or moved off projects in ways that were difficult to understand. During my time there, I saw multiple leadership and team changes, including departures of senior managers and several developers across different technology teams. This created a sense of instability within projects. Some team members and clients seemed frustrated by communication gaps and shifting priorities. In certain cases, project communication was not always consistent. Another challenge was compensation timing. Salary payments were often delayed beyond the expected schedule, and statutory contributions and final settlements could take longer than expected to process. Overall, the organization could benefit from stronger transparency, clearer communication from leadership, and more stable internal processes. Pros Opportunity to work with multiple technologies Exposure to different types of projects Cons Internal politics High employee turnover Delays in salary processing Delays in PF and final settlement processing

Avantages

No Pros as of now they treat you like a slave

Inconvénients

There is a complete lack of structure and professionalism in this company. Certain employees—especially in Sales and Project Management—engage in favoritism and harassment, creating a toxic work environment. Salary payments are consistently delayed, often credited as late as the 12th to 18th of the month. Employees are terminated abruptly without proper notice or justification. There is no work–life balance; some project managers and even the CEO frequently pressure employees to work until midnight. Employees with 2–3 years of experience at Applore are given no respect or job security. When management decides an employee is no longer “useful,” they are either harassed, placed on unjustified PIPs, or fired suddenly. Employee recognition is merely a formality and lacks transparency. Awards are given only to favored individuals, while genuine performers are ignored. Client retention is extremely poor, and overall code quality is very low—much of the development work relies heavily on AI-generated code, offering little to no learning or growth opportunities for developers. Internal politics are widespread and deeply ingrained in the company culture. Anyone considering joining should be cautious and carefully reconsider before making a decision.
