Avantages
I love the company culture and the core values the company has in place. Tremendous growth and opportunities in the future, looking forward to seeing what happens over the next few years. Two things I appreciate are the "My Applied Events" and the great work/life balance here - just additional incentives to the compensation - definitely keeps me going and a happy employee. I feel comfortable here and have had really great training and mentors, who not only encourage me to learn more about my role, but about the industry, and the technology as well. Couldn't be happier!
Inconvénients
I think the company as a whole would benefit from having opportunities to learn more about what each department does, how they connect, how they are important, and how much they need each other. It would help new employees learn the company better, and just build a stronger Team Applied.
