Avantages
Working for them as a contractor allows you to get out.
Inconvénients
They are dishonest people. 1. When contracting you out to another company and bringing you on board, they put a clause in your contract that you pay for the background check on yourself. 2. They delay payment to their contractors and don't even communicate to them. They wait for the phone call to ask where the pay is and they give every one a different answer. "oh there's a glitch" "we are waiting on approvals". None of which are true statements, they are short on cash because of their shady dealings. 3. Their contractors are just numbers, they feed a large company and don't give a damn about anyone.
