      Reputable company in the industry, has well established internal system of operation, on par with the highest industry standards.

      Inconvénients

      Due to its company size, there are too many people in different teams and in middle management. It is composed of slightly different cultures coming from different companies that it merged with. Low to average yearly appraisal rate.

      Avantages

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Inconvénients

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
