Avantages
Strict 8-5 workday so you can get in, make your money and get out. A small percentage of the people are great to work with. The Topanga mall, Sierra's and Mission Burrito are close by so there is always something to eat.
Inconvénients
The pay is embarrassing, there aren't any vacation or sick days. If you take a day off, it comes out of your pay. Medical and dental cost are too expensive. The owner doesn't know how to run a company. Constant inapporpriate language from the higher ups, screaming and cursing while you are trying to make sales calls. We were encouraged to tell our life stories but our troubles were then later used against us. Also,the owner likes to help the less fortunate so there are numerous sketchy people in the office. If you are okay with working in a tumultous environment this is the place for you.
