      Family Owned, Tight community, Strong outlook

      Inconvénients

      A lot of the managers are only in their position because they're family members. This is fine - although they are not necessarily qualified to be so.

      Avantages

      Great benefits! Pays employees very well. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow!

      Inconvénients

      Trust is a huge issue here. In the office, someone is always breathing down your back waiting for you to make a mistake. Only for that mistake to be given back to you so YOU can find the mistake yourself. this is a good way to learn at first, but after 7 years of dedicating yourself to a company to be treated less like a 7 year old would be better.

      Used to take care of you now they don't. You get hurt they don't even think about helping you.

      Inconvénients

      Since the son has taken over. You don't even get close to 30 hours. They treat you like crap.
