      Management, majority of the upper management are Indians or foreigners. Not to be racist but they are employing more Indians from india and sponsoring them to live in the philippines instead of hiring the locals here.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
