      Learning opportunities ample for freshers, juniors. Job security, good work culture, free snacks, open door policy, Fun activties, Gym are few plus hard to find elsewhere.

      Inconvénients

      Less opportunities for lateral movement, slow growth/promotion, little to no changes in senior management.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
