Extremely limited growth opportunities at current location. Strong balance sheet does not necessarily translate to job stability, layoffs have been the norm, good financial year or bad. Sr mgmt, HR, etc not employee friendly at all, though they keep on feeding the "employees are our biggest asset" spiel. Middle management, though has a lot of good people, get screwed by the the typical "responsibility without authority" problem.
