If you get a non US based project then you will get plenty of short term onsite opportunities. Amdocs products are interesting to learn and understand. Few pros - 1. Employee friendly work culture 2. Considerate motivating managers and team leads ( I was lucky to get to work with them) 3. No recording of IN/OUT timings. No tracking of employee work hours and office timings. 4. Delicious meals and free breakfast and evening snacks with fresh fruits. 5. Open internet in which all web sites are accessible. 6. If you get yo work on amdocs products it will be a good learning experience. 7. Sufficient amount of leaves and holidays. 10 days of sick leaves also provided additionally. 2 successive days sick leave can be availed anytime without any manager approval or permission or doctor certificate. 8. Onsite opportunity in non US based projects. 9. Double digit increment (now this can be a con for someone) 10. A small amount given as bonus every year.
Inconvénients
1) If you are working in US based projects - Shifts and extended night shifts. 2) No onsite opportunity in US based project. 3) Engrossing and consuming work which will result you spending long time in office. So time management is essential else you will be stuck up in office. 4) Lack of proper task planning, lack of budget and lack of resources which leads to heavy work load on employees.
