      Flexibility in projects, many good people. Working for tier 1 customers . A great learning experience

      Inconvénients

      Politicos much politics, and hidden agendas. In many cases there is a competition instead of team work

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
