Avantages
The people. Amdocs had a very selective way of recruiting people, and I met in my journey very capable and smart guys. And 80% of those were working class (not management).
Inconvénients
The people. But this time is about management and HR policies. I found the management doing micro management too often. There are way too many leaders that unfortunate are incapable of doing the right things. Decision are based on management preferences, instead of taking the right decisions for company's future.
