      Inconvénients

      Power harassment does exist from the local office, not only from the behavior but also inappropriate language. Hiring managers in India are clueless, the actual job which was explained and after joined were totally different.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
