      Obsession over getting it perfect the first time. Scope and requirements change frequently so you have to redesign all over again

      Good pay, interesting problems to solve, and smart teammates.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits (food, freebies, etc). I know one of the LP has to do with frugality, but wish they were less frugal toward employees
