      Great company. Fast-paced. Lots of opportunities for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Culture is silo'd. Human interactions aren't valued. Very self-centered. Most people walk with their heads down... Could be so much more dynamic. Management has little management experience and promotions are less merit based and more attrition/last man standing based...

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
