      Inconvénients

      They skimp out on benefits. Health insurance coverage is pretty minimal. Work culture in most orgs is pretty toxic. Managers often give preference to employees who spend 10+ hours physically at the office. A lot of managers don't know how to measure productivity of SDEs, since they don't themselves have much SDE experience.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
