      Very fast paced and physically demanding work with some heavy lifting required depending on your work assignment for that day. Stuff changes alot at Amazon as they are constantly trying to improve there business practices

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
