      The role is advertised as a business partner role. However, it’s more of an analyst role where all you do is produce reports and prepare metrics all day and that’s how you support the business as a business partner.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
