      Avantages

      Excellent inclusive culture and excellent work-life balance so far. Lots of training to take advantage of especially if you are new to the field.

      Inconvénients

      A lot to learn, certifications and new products getting churned out all the time. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, learn and be curious!

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
