      Awesome place to learn and grow rapidly. Great benefits, including parental leave.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of boundaries between work and life are par for the course here. You have to set and enforce your own balance in order to stay here and not get burnt out, which many will see as not doing enough. Compensation does not keep up with market value if you stay longer than a couple years.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
