Avantages
Really good to learn keep up with high pace and prioritize/organise own work. Yet, note, the environment is very demanding.
Inconvénients
- If you want to get promotion either join to a position lower than your level or sit in one team for several years until everyone else leaves the team and you are the only left there - Moving between teams negatively affects your career path - Amazon LP are confusing. Although, everyone speaks about them, promotion depends on opinion of your peers and the manager - how well you can play politics with them. I've been continuously getting extremely positive feedback from the customers and delivering results, but was not able to establish close relationships with my teammates (I am just another type of a person). So no hire, until I start applauding all their daily gymnastics!
