      Very high politics, management chain is so deep, your manager can effectively throw you under the bus without a blink of an eye. No empathy at all. Teams compete with other teams to literally take them out of the company, disgusting culture.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
