      Inconvénients

      I dont know which group I am going to work with until a few weeks before starting my job. Some groups sucks and I cannot do anything with that except waiting until it is time to move out to other groups.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
